Day trip to Tiwanaku from La Paz

This was a wonderful experience, everything went perfect from the hotel pickup to learning about the sights to enjoying a lunch of traditional food in the Tiwanaku village. The guide was very knowledgeable of the history and open to more than the mainstream archaeological views regarding mysteries of the ancient sites and questions like how massive interlocking stones were created. This was a memorable day and one of the highlights of my trip to South America.
