Outstanding massage and experience
We walked in after checking out the spa online and were not disappointed. The staff welcomed us and treated us really well. So many options and packages. The hot stone foot massage by Erina and Max I would 10/10 recommend. They are fantastic therapists

We had a great visit here—my wife and I were both really impressed. The staff were incredibly efficient and made us feel taken care of from the moment we walked in. They paid close attention to our individual preferences, which made the whole experience feel very personalized. We left relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful experiences in Lessence spa
Me and my husband have hairwash and foot massages which was really good. One of the best massage we have ever had!!! I would love to come again

Definite place to indulge in Hanoi
We took advantage of a discount package including spa massage and lunch at their sister spa and restaurant. This included a 4 hands oil and hot stone, bamboo, and herbal massage for couples. What an amazing experience, we started out with a jacuzzi herbal soak for 10 minutes and then a 2 hour massage. thank so much to our masseuses Bella, Misa, Ella, and Atela, very professional and expert hands. The ambiance is wonderful and the host staff very helpful and friendly. We followed up with a short walk along the lake to a great lunch combo at their sister spa and restaurant. Again great service and excellent food. Highly recommended.
