Explore Kualoa on a peddle assisted e-Mountain Bike guided tour for an eco-friendly experience. Get close to nature on state-of-the-art eBikes which can give you an assist whenever you decide.
Minimum age is 10 years old. Closed-toe shoes required. Height & weight requirements per ebike manufacturer guidelines: Height: between 4’6” – 6’5” (1.4m – 2m) Weight: between 85 – 250 pounds (38kg – 114kg) One rider per bike. Helmets are provided. For your safety and the well-being of others, all riders must know how to competently ride a mountain bike to participate in the bike tours. We conduct a safety briefing and test ride before each tour. If you are unable to demonstrate ability to safely ride, you may be cancelled and offered a replacement tour subject to availability. No refund will be offered. On the 2-hour Electric Mountain Bike Tour (Novice Level) you will cruise through Kualoa’s valley roads, pastures, and trails on an e-Mountain Bike. The novice experience travels ~6 miles through Kualoa and Ka'a'awa valleys, making 4-5 stops along the journey, providing great photo ops and beautiful views.

Prices start at $105 per person for this Oahu experience, booked through Viator with the price shown before checkout. There is 1 booking option, so the final price depends on the option you choose.

The meeting point is Check in at Kualoa Ranch(49-560 Kamehameha Highway, Kaneohe, HI, 96744). Check in will be at the Ticket Office, you will need your voucher and Photo ID matching the name on your voucher. Required check in is 45-minutes prior to your tours departure time. There are no refunds.. Hotel pickup is not part of this experience.

We visited Kualoa Ranch during our trip from the UK and did the e-bike tour. Our guide, Goose, was fantastic! He gave us a warm welcome and was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the trip. You can really tell he cares about his guests and the quality of their experience. The tour completely exceeded our expectations.
We had an amazing experience on the Kualoa Ranch Novice E-Bike Tour! There were two of us, and we both really enjoyed it. The e-bikes were very easy to use, and the pedal-assist mode made the ride comfortable and fun. We also really appreciated how seriously the team took safety. Before the tour started, they checked everyone’s biking ability and clearly explained how to use the bikes, which made us feel very comfortable and confident. The scenery throughout the tour was absolutely breathtaking. We got to see many famous filming locations, including sites from Kong: Skull Island, LOST, and several other movies and TV shows. We were honestly amazed by how beautiful the ranch was, and exploring it by e-bike was such a unique experience. A special thank you to our guide, Ethan! He was extremely friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed his explanations and stories throughout the tour. He also paid close attention to everyone in the group and made sure we were all doing well along the way. Thank you, Ethan, for showing us such incredible scenery and making the experience so memorable. We highly recommend this tour and would absolutely give it five stars!
A great, interesting e-bike tour spent with my husband and two teenagers. They enjoyed it - so that’s a win. We visiting the film sites and enjoyed the scenery. The ranch is definitely worth a visit. I’ve made it clear to my family that I will never be riding a manual bike again! We hired a car in Waikiki and drove up the coast stopping at various viewing points on the way (beautiful).
Sold as a 2 hour tour but you do maximum of 1 hour bike. Novice tour stays in a path, no mountain biking in trails.

We had an amazing time and were fortunate to have an excellent guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the tour enjoyable for everyone, regardless of age or experience. He kept the group informed, pointed out upcoming obstacles, and ensured everyone felt comfortable and confident throughout the ride. We are in our late 50s and early 60s and hadn’t ridden a bike in years, but the safety briefing and practice ride were all we needed to get started. The pace was relaxed, easy to keep up with, and allowed us to fully appreciate the stunning scenery and unique sights along the way. This was a memorable experience and a fantastic way to explore the area. We highly recommend it to anyone considering the tour.
Had a terrible experience on the novice E bike trip. They "tested" you on a figure 8 course without telling you. I got stuck behind 2 bad riders and they thought I could not ride as well. They refused to let me go on the tour. I ride bikes weekly. Wouldn't let me go through the course by myself to"pass". What a joke. The whole place is tourist trap.I would avoid!!!!!!

We booked the Novice E-Bike tour for our family and paid nearly $400. Due to an unexpected beach emergency, we arrived at 12:15 PM for a 12:30 PM tour. Despite arriving before the scheduled start time, we were refused participation, denied any opportunity to reschedule, and were not offered a refund or partial credit. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of flexibility or customer service. Emergencies happen, and we were hoping for some understanding or an alternative solution. Instead, we lost $400 and received nothing in return. Very frustrating experience, especially for a family on vacation.
This was even better than we imagined! We almost skipped it, and I’m so glad we didn’t. The e-bikes were a fantastic choice because they let you take in so much more of the incredible scenery around you. The ranch is absolutely breathtaking, and our tour guide, Jessica, was amazing. She took the time to take photos for everyone, was incredibly knowledgeable about the ranch and surrounding areas, and even shared great recommendations for things to do if it rains. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, and we’re so thankful we decided not to miss it!

Every stop came with cool stories, history, and new things to learn, which made the experience even richer. Our guide was fantastic — upbeat, knowledgeable, and made the whole tour feel personal and exciting. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Oʻahu. It’s the perfect mix of adventure, scenery, and pure fun. I’d do it again in a heartbeat.
