- Each game session takes approximately 15 minutes briefing and 55 minutes of gameplay plus an additional 5 minutes if the time bender character is chosen.
- Final hour game session takes approximately 15 minutes briefing and 60 minutes of gameplay plus an additional 5 minutes if the time bender character is chosen.
- If customers are late for less than 10 minutes, the game will start and the experience time will be shortened.
- If customers are late for more than 10 minutes, the game will be rescheduled with another available time slot (subject to availability of the game session).
- If customers arrive with fewer participants than the purchase amount, no refund will be available.
- Additional players will be charged accordingly.
- Children aged 7 and below can play for FREE.
