Poor communication and expensive
Had a good time on the trip but this is one large company operating and organising a lot of people on tours. We had really poor communication from our guide. I understand why now, because we were separated from him to to go back to the hotel. This means he would never get tip even if we wanted to. We did the hot springs first and then the emerald pool. Both were nice but what was particularly beautiful was the blue pool at the back of the park. Also, ticket prices not included in the price of this tour so overall it was quite expensive for what it was.

Jungle experience
The hot spring, Emerald pool, tha jungle fantastic. I offer everybody. The pick up was exactly on time. We have enough time for everything.
