They sold me admission telling me to go to the ticket office with a voucher to exchange for the ticket, false, they won't exchange anything for me, they won't let us in, and no one answers when sending the QR code, the ticket that would be needed.
Was not able to participate as I got a voucher and was not able to use it as the attraction would only take a QR code. Viator partner did not respond to my request for a refund. Very disappointed in Viator using this vendor as I have never had issues before when using Viator.
