Ready for a spicy adventure? Join us in Africa to craft your own hot sauce! You'll get to pick from a selection of peppers, including Jalapeños, Habaneros, and the local favorite, Pili Pili. Our guides will show you how to mix them together just right. Taste as you go until it's perfect!
During the session, we'll chat about how to make your hot sauce taste even better through fermentation, the process that gives it that extra kick. Feel free to add your own twist with extra spices!

Unique Kigali Experience
This was a truly unique experience. The guide is a natural teacher and has a great deal of expertise to share. I really enjoyed this experience and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in the art of making chilli sauce.

I had an amazing time making hot sauce from scratch with James. He is not only a fantastic chef but also incredibly personable and down to earth. A true man of the people. The class was fun, hands-on, and packed with useful tips. I felt completely comfortable, even without much kitchen experience, and the hot sauce I made was absolutely delicious. HOT HOT HOT!
This was so fun! We had a great time making hot sauce with the pili pili peppers. Very informative and interactive! James was hilarious and an excellent instructor!

A must do event in kigali. The pili pili was amazing
Amazing class with an amazing teacher. This is a must do in Kigali! The end product was amazing and taking home a sample was the icing on the cake. Wonderful experience. Whole heartedly recommend

Fun, relaxed, and informative.
Fun and engaging conversation, and very informational about hot sauce creation. I like hot sauce more than I enjoy making hot sauce, so this informative class that was more about learning than doing, was perfect for me. The final result is delicious and packed a punch. James is high energy and has a lot to say. If you're looking for a buttoned up and formal experience, this isn't for you. If you're looking for a fun, relaxed, and informative experience that ends in delicious hot sauce, you'll love this.

Fun and interesting thing to do in restaurant row area of Kigali
The peppers are spiiiiicy! But this is a great class and fun thing to do while in Kigali. (Thanks chef!!!) My 12 year old daughter loved it too. And the restaurant is great too! Thanks, Shark for setting this up! (The hamburger was very good too.)

Chilli sauce experience
Perfect way to spend a few hours in Kigali, owner of the restaurants who shows you the chilli sauce making method is an incredible character, very funny and informative about the entire process. Guides you through not only making hot sauce on the day but processes on how you can start making your own and it’s a very good experience.

Hot chilli sauce art
Really nice activity, so different from anything else we did in Rwanda. James is so passionate about his profession and he teaches a looot about chilli and sauce making during the activity. Beware that the sauce is really spicy
