Talented guide, but time management could be better

Nice scenery and we visited a lot of different places. The tour guide Nektar was very talented and informative, and told a lot about the history of Armenia. Had some hiccups with very late departure due to late arrival of other passengers. In addition other passengers were also often late for departure at the different stops. This made the stops feel rushed and we felt that the guide got a bit stressed. The tour itself was good, but time management could be better.

Operator response

We’re very happy to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the variety of places visited, and especially Nektar’s knowledge and passion for sharing the history of Armenia. We’re sorry that the delays caused the stops to feel a little rushed. We’re sorry that the delays caused a more rushed feeling at some of the stops, and we understand how this can affect the overall experience. Smooth organization and breathtaking scenery

Had a great time exploring Khor Virap, Garni, and Tsaghkadzor with Yerani Travel; Surenavan Village , Noravank Monastery ; Symphony of Stones & Azat River Bridge; Everything from the pickup to the drop-off was well-coordinated. The destinations themselves are breathtaking, and having a guide explain the history made a huge difference. It's a busy itinerary, but perfect if you want to maximize your time.

An Unforgettable Journey Through Armenia’s Historic Wonders

I had a wonderful time exploring Khor Virap, Azat Reservoir, Garni Temple, the Symphony of Stones, and Geghard Monastery. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to share the fascinating history behind each location. He was also very inclusive, thoughtfully alternating the order of explanation in Russian and English so that everyone felt equally engaged throughout the tour. The experience was made even more memorable with a delicious lunch at a beautiful restaurant overlooking the Azat River — truly the cherry on top.
