We were so excited for this trip and they canceled us at the last minute because they said they needed more passengers. Ruined our night. Never again.

It’s a nice activity. Watching the sunset on a sailboat makes it more special.

Cancelled the experience with out any explanation. No communication whatsoever . Still awaiting my refund
Thank you for your feedback. This excursion was cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions, as the safety of our guests and crew will always come first. While we wish we could control Mother Nature, she doesn’t always cooperate. We do communicate cancellations as they happen and are always happy to assist with rebooking when possible, or ensure refunds are processed accordingly. We had booked the Key West Champagne Sunset Catamaran cruise and received a phone call the day of the trip that it was cancelled, but they would upgrade us to the Sunset cruise with appetizers on the same night free of charge. The crew were great, and we had wonderful time. I would say that if you are booking the appetizer cruise not 100% sure it is worth the extra. They served crap dip, mozzarella/tomato/olive skewer, shrimp cocktail and key lime tart. The portions were small and 1 serving per guest. The drinks were great, and the sunset beautiful.
