Perfect visit! The audio guides, available in multiple languages, were invaluable in helping us understand and fully enjoy the visit.
When booking it said there was a exhibition about Diana. There is NOT, that was sooo disappointing. There was n exhibition about Punjab sisters, which was nice. Victiora's exhibiotion was nice too, funny audioguide. But I realy came for Diana. Even the golden gates where up to restauration. Foto is the only thing in the palace of Diana
Small but interesting. The Victoria childhood part is fun. The female staff in the cafe exit was bit rude and unprofessional.
Very interesting tour. Easy to find entrance...just look for Queen Victoria statue. Friendly staff at entrance and very good audio headset
Great tour guide- kind and knowledgeable. High yea quite good. It should have included a palace entry ticket regardless.
Nice. But its just a recorded tour you listen to. They did provide little stools to sit on. It was very hot in the palace but they tried to cool it with fans.
One of the best tours I've done in London. Very pretty! The people are well educated and the garden is also beautiful.
Lovely place. But no reference to Princess Diana which was a shame considering her stature and she also resided there.
It's not worth the money you spend.Room 1 has 3 tiaras on display. The place is not lit up in the rooms nothing much to see including dirty old carpets. They have a small room showing princess from India why ?? When people pay to see the so called Fake Royals, nothing special to see
The staff was wonderful and so knowledgeable. Be sure to ask any question you may have. They are a wealth of information.
