Experience feeling the ocean's invigorating energy, as you stretch, breathe deeply, and listen to the waves rolling to the shore, while practicing yoga on the beach. Over the course of this oceanfront session, you'll follow along with your instructor as clouds pass over, watching the sun illuminate the sands of Kauai's eastern shore. Relax your body, expand your mind, and let wave yoga guide your body, mind and soul.
Kauai Yoga on the Beach lasts about 1 hour.
Prices start at $25 per person for this Kauai experience, booked through Viator with the price shown before checkout. There is 1 booking option, so the final price depends on the option you choose.

The meeting point is FOR 7AM YOGA- please join us on the oceanfront lawn of Kauai Beach Resort, 4331 Kauai Beach Dr, Lihue FOR 8:30AM YOGA- Please join on the oceanfront lawn of Kauai Shores Hotel in Kapaa 420 Papaloa Rd Please meet us on the oceanfront lawn next to LLBC If it rains classes are held inside hotel lobby.. Hotel pickup is not part of this experience.

Waste of money- it was not yoga- I’m actually not sure if the instructor knew what yoga entails. There were arm circles and MANY “breaks for pictures and/or water” but not much else. We did get one Warrior 2 pose in so that the instructor could take pics for the website (that was weird). We should’ve saved our money and just walked the grounds of the hotel.
Will was a great instructor. Had an amazing experience. Did yoga twice while on vacation highly recommend. Really helped stretch and relax.

I was hoping for true yoga on the beach. It was pretty much sleeping on turf with the beach sounds coming through. I totally understand restorative yoga, I just didn’t know this is what I was signing up for. It is not a class I would normally pay for. I did thoroughly enjoy the sound bath.
We’re very glad you enjoyed the sound bath. Our Sunday class is listed as Sound Healing Restorative Yoga, which is intentionally a very gentle, meditative, floor-based experience focused on deep rest, breath, relaxation, and sound healing rather than an active flow-style yoga class. We completely understand that if someone is expecting a more traditional or movement-based “yoga on the beach” class, restorative yoga may feel different than anticipated. We always encourage guests to review the class description or ask us before booking so we can help guide them to the best class for what they are looking for. Our hotel (Kauai Shores) offered this every morning on the beach. What a treat. I was able to join a few times, including the Sunday sound healing restorative class. The teacher/owner is engaging and knowledgeable and it's always great to be able to do this outside with an ocean view.

Gorgeous location on the beach! The teacher was very nice. However the yoga classes were more relaxing meditation than a workout. They also ended up being significantly shorter than an hour. I wish there was more yoga exercise in the classes. I didn’t feel like we got our money’s worth. She asked for tips multiple times instead of focusing on yoga class. We were a bit disappointed.

Excellent. Definitely come out & enjoy. If you aren’t guests at the hotels the offer. You won’t regret catching their class. I made this purchase looking forward to Yoga on the beach. I didn’t realize the hotel offered complimentary classes every morning. They were kind enough to honor my purchase & allowed me to take the sunrise 7am at Outriggers.. We are staying at Kauai Shores Hotel So we have made both classes. My husband & I enjoyed them both. We are both up now & excited to start our day with some yoga. Relaxed & ready to appreciate all God’s Beauty all around us here in Kauai. Namaste

I enjoyed the class taught by Anya and like her teaching as we’ve been to her classes before. However, this time the class was short and only about 40 minutes. We spent a bit of time in child’s pose and the mat I had smelled of mold so it was hard to relax. I feel like Anya was phoning it in. Dissapointing.

Loved being able to have options to challenge us if we wanted to do more. Little sad there wasn't so much flow but it was still a nice variety of movements and can't get much better of a view! Just don't forget your own mat or towel-they're NOT provided.
