The Heritage Walking Tour of Kathmandu, will get you more intimate with the city because it lets you walk to the attractions and through the city streets. Visit a stupa, a temple, and a museum and walk through backstreets that will fascinate you with the stories they bring. Be accompanied by a guide so that you not only satisfy your sense of sight but also your thirst for knowledge. Admire its bizarre and slightly macabre collection that features examples of wildlife that is unique to Nepal, including extinct animals and fossilised exhibits that are thought to be more than 3 million years old.
We head to Kathmandu Durbar Square through the cities backstreets where you will be amazed by what you can learn about Nepal’s religion, history, and culture through its courtyards, ancient temples, and markets that sell fresh produce and crafts.
