Katakolo Port Shore and Kourouta Beach Excursion

I recommend it for those stopping by on a cruise; you can dedicate yourself completely to relaxation on the beautiful beach of Kourouta. The kind staff is super organized

The beach was good and the guide recommended a cafe which provided loungers if you purchased a drink. The food and drink was reasonably priced. Only downside was that there was a long walk from where the ship was docked to the meeting point and another walk from there to the coach! On an incredibly hot day this proved very difficult for some of the party and wasn’t flagged up in advance.

I wasn't where sure where to check in because you have to enter a store to validate your ticket information. After that, it's easy peasy and very informative. Bus is nice and has A/C

I highly recommend this tour in Olympia. We spent a relaxing day at the beach along with the breathtaking scenery. Grigalier, our guide was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and timely. She recommended we eat on the beach at Cabana, which had an extensive, quality and affordable menu. The food was fabulous!!!! It was one of the best days of our journey.

I pre booked this tour before leaving the UK. Leading up to the tour Viator communicated regularly with me. On the day of the tour they telephoned me whilst our ship was sailing into port to inform me of the time schedule and directions to their office. The office was literally a five min walk from the ship. Kourata beach was great. We sat where the tour guide recommended and the loungers and parasols were free you just needed to purchase a drink. But we ordered lunch which was delicious and it was delivered to our lounger. There was a food and drinks service to your lounger all day. The actual restaurant was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Thank you Viator. We highly recommend your tour company and will not hesitate to book with you again.

Bus to the beach was great. Pick up and drop off were on time, the bus was clean and comfortable and had good AC. Beach was excellent. Loungers were available, drinks and food was reasonably priced and the water was refreshing and calm. Excellent day and I would recommend.

First restaurant with chairs on beach great food, quiet beach. Sand bar and cool water certainly helped.

I booked this beach transportation to do with two of my teenagers who didn't want to explore the ruins of Olympia. Communication was very good and we were able to find our meeting point easily. We were a group of approximately 10 people from the cruise and were transported on a very comfortable 20-person bus with great air conditioning. We had chosen to leave at 9:15, so when we got to the beach it was quiet and we had our pick of sun lounges. By the time we left to meet our guide and head back to the cruise ship, the beach was packed! It was a beautiful day in mid-june, and the water in the Ionian sea was very clear and cold. We ordered drinks and lunch from the waiters on site. Prices were reasonable considering we were on the beach. Everything flowed very smoothly and our guide was very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend this as an alternative to exploring Olympia.

Beautiful beach club called the cabana with excellent food. Guide was friendly. Trip was worth it. No brainer.

Wonder I’ll trio to the beach. My teens loved the waves there and it was fun for them to jump through them: also a good restaurant and free beach chairs. Perfect beach day! Perfect amount of time, to get back for some shopping! There’s a lot of fun shopping by the cruise port. Comfy bus!
