Kanchenjunga Circuit Trek 19 Days

We had a good experience trekking in the Kanchenjunga region with our guide Raj. He was attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the trip. He also knows the area well, which was helpful along the route. Overall, a great and reliable guide for this trek!

We had an incredible experience doing the Kanchenjunga Circuit Trek with Nepal Nirvana Trails. From the first contact, KP was very friendly and provided us with a lot of information and help. He was responding very quickly and clearly to our questions and made sure everything was organised well. During the trek, our guide Jangbu made sure that we had the best possible experience. From sharing his extensive knowledge about the area, the nature and the culture, to being a really nice person to be around and making sure that we were taken care of well during our stays at the teahouses, he made our time at the trek a memory to never forget!

The trip was just incredible, KP organised the perfect trip based off what we asked to do and we loved it. We did the Annapurna circuit and Mardi Himal, which were both just stunning. I didn’t know too much about the circuit before starting so that was one of the reasons we got a guide and I am glad that we did. The route they took us on started quite low on the circuit which was great, it means that we got the full experience as the nature and culture changes the higher you bet into the route. It seems that on most tours you miss out on this. Also our guide Raju was just the most lovely man and took great care of us as well as teaching us some Nepali card games. Also everyone from Nirvana was so great when my friend got sick in Pokhara and had to go to hospital. They made it also so easy to change our plans and to make it as stress free as possible. All in all I couldn’t recommend Nirvana Trails more highly!

Excellent customer service! Helpful, resourceful, warm, considerate - made my experience memorable! I began my 80th year on this trek. With the support of our guide and others, the trek was more than I could have hoped for.

Nirvana Trails provided superb service. Our guide,Raj, and both porters provided was excellent service. I would use this company again in a heartbeat and request the same support staff. This was my 10th trek on Nepal. I have used a different company every time. I would want to use the same company if I took another trek. Most companies try to charge you for every time you get any type of hot water or tea, but they did not! The views from both the North and South base camps was great. The only reason I didn’t give this trip 5 stars, was that we had bad weather for 3 important days and, the jeep ride was very long (11 hours on bumpy curvy roads) to get to and return back from our destination. This obviously was no fault of Nirvana trails. The trails were harder/rougher than most other trips I’ve taken, even though we only went to 5143 meters. Also I would recommend doing this trek in the fall rather than the spring (unless you want to see the beautiful rhododendron flowers). I think the weather might be better.

We had a fantastic trekking trip with our guide, Raj. The views were amazing and worth the efforts. Be aware of the long 4x4 Jeep ride since its trekking areas are remote from civilization.

We had an absolutely fantastic trek to Kanchenjunga and can’t recommend Nepal Nirvana Adventures enough—especially our incredible guide, Jangbu! From the very beginning, KP was warm, friendly, and super helpful in organizing everything. His communication and support made the planning process very smooth. Once on the trail, our guideJangbu went above and beyond. He was not only knowledgeable and experienced but also genuinely fun to be around—always ready with a helping hand and a friendly chat. The Kanchenjunga region comes with its own difficulties, including frequent landslides, but Jangbu knew all the best trails—and even helped others guides with the best pahst. He was super also super thoughtful and helpful for us: he carried a stove and cooked noodles for us along the trail, plus brought along snacks to keep us energized. When we return to Nepal, there’s no doubt—we’ll be trekking with Nepal Nirvana again!

We trek the Manasalu circuit.. 5100meters.. We did not finish the trek because of illness in the group..We trekked up to Samdu 4000meters...What a fantastic experience..The guild and porter was first class.. the way they looked after the sick was brilliant, a helicopter was called . It turned up with in hours ..helicopter us off the mountain and back to Kathmandu. The leavel of help from the guide was just out of this world they could not do anything more for you.. the acomodacion and the guests house was excellent.. When in Kathmandu KP the owner was always there to help..he sent us of to Nagerkot for a few day to for R/R.. While waiting the the plane home.. KP even gave us back £300 each as the trip was cut short..now l dont think many operators would do that...if you go with NIRVANA TRAILS..YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED...
