We booked the kakadu sunset tour (tour 3C) with Sacred Owl Tours. The booking process was easy and ongoing communication up to the day of the tour was excellent. Rasa is a thoughtful, knowledgeable guide who has a strong drive to understand the cultural and spiritual land of the indigenous peoples who live/lived with the boundaries of Kakadu. Her knowledge and passion is infectious and stimulates deeper exploration of the history of this ancient land. In addition to this, Rasa is fun, engaging and laughs alot. Her planning is meticulous, (a necessity for this long tour) and she will do her best to accommodate requests. The sites visited on this tour were wonderful. Fogg dam, the aboriginal rock art galleries and the yellow river tour were all exceptional. Lunch and dinner at local establishments were included. We were fortunate that we were the only 2 on the tour so we were in a comfortable vehicle with plenty of space. Rasa's tour is informative, interesting and fun. Worth every cent.

Rasa is a passionate tour guide. We chose this tour for the Sunset river cruise. From the moment you enter the car, you can tell that everything is well-prepared. The tour is very organized and follows a well-planned route, offering VIP treatment to experience the real Kakadu. My partner and I cannot thank Rasa enough for the brilliant day. We truly had a great time and highly recommend the tour.
Thank you very much for taking the time to write such a wonderful review, its greatly appreciated! It was a pleasure to spend the day with you.
An expertly and efficiently run cruise that allows you to experience an absolutely stunning location teaming with birdlife and enormous crocodiles! Access is easy. Picked up from Cooinda Lodge and bussed to the cruise boat walkway. It’s something everyone can do. It was busy, but 5 boats of 60 plus people were efficiently boarded and set off. You did not feel crowded or as though you were with a lot of others at all. The boats went in separate directions once they headed off. The guide/boat driver was extremely informative. We learnt about the indigenous culture as well as the natural life teaming around us. Of course the sunset was spectacular as and bought an added dimension to an already spectacular cruise.
Thanks Bonnie, we appreciate the wonderful review !
The whole day was perfect. Rasa is a thoughtful, knowledgeable and easy to be with person, who obviously loves what she does. We stated off the day at Daintree Rainforest tour with a guide, with Rasa with us showing us additional things of interest and watching out for us. At the Mossman Gorge and Beach, Rasa brought food for the fish, which allowed us to enjoy watching all the fish swarm to eat. After a lunch (with appropriate food for me, gluten free eater), we went to the beach. After the Aboriginal guides taught us how to spear mud crabs, we walked over a great expanse of sand and shallow water. At the end of the walk, the guides cooked the crabs and periwinkles that were caught and we got to taste them. Rasa did not seem to tire of our questions (and there were a lot of the ). It was a wonderful day!
Oh you are a gem ! Thank you so much ! It was an absolute pleasure to spend the day with you - it was a fantastic day. Thank you very much for writing such a wonderful and detailed review xx
