Amazing experience with our group of friends! A total of 17 people. The coordination of everything was impeccable, baggage collection, transportation to the places, pre check ins at the hotels, too comfortable everything! Our guide named Holber showed us everything with exemplary passion and patience. It's the best!
Had an amazing time in Cusco. Huge thanks to the Peru Well Served team for organizing such a smooth and well-planned trip. Everything was handled seamlessly from start to finish. One small thing that really stood out: during one activity, I had to pay a small compensation directly to a local operator due to a minor accident. When Peru Well Served later found out, they refunded the amount to me without me even asking. That level of care genuinely surprised me! Highly recommend.

Overall just an okay service. For the price, a lot was left to be desired and for the 5-star price, we don’t feel we received the tour/service we paid for and had multiple issues we had to solve (on vacation, we want to be enjoying vacation, not trying to solve things that should be been coordinated ahead of time). Multiple logistic issues and parts were left out. We were also told we would require to pay extra for certain services to only find out that was not necessary and just an overcharge by the tour company. Would not recommend.

Even when some situations were outside our control, our Guest Experience team truly did their best to support you at every step. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered a complimentary transfer and proceeded with a refund for one activity — not because we didn’t want to offer it, but simply because time ran short and we wanted to do right by you. Excellent experience with Peru Well Served! From the beginning, they helped us plan all the routes for our group of 10 people completely. We traveled from Panama and throughout the trip, we did not have any problems; On the contrary, they were always punctual and attentive to every detail. The restaurant recommendations they gave us were excellent, allowing us to enjoy the local cuisine in an unparalleled way. Furthermore, the organization of our visit to Machu Picchu was perfect. We had been told that the trip to Machu Picchu was complicated, but Peru Well Served made the route easier, allowing us to have a stress-free experience. They explained the points to follow in detail, and the guide who was waiting for us upon arrival made the experience even more enriching and simple. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic experience traveling with Peru Well Served in both Lima and Cusco. A total of 8 days extremely well-designed itinerary that brought us the most authentic Peru experience imaginable. All the hotels were nice and clean and all meals were absolutely delicious. We felt very welcome by the Peru Well Served team and they did everything with great attention to detail including understanding everyone's dietary requirements. We also loved that they promote fair trade, and low environmental footprint traveling. A 10 out of 10 experience, and highly recommended!
