Highly recommend Hamzeh! He was very easy to communicate with and, most importantly, actually listened to what I wanted. I had already planned a very specific, fast-paced itinerary, knew where I wanted to stay, and wanted to book everything myself. After getting quotes from several tour companies that either tried to push their existing packages or tell me my itinerary was too ambitious, Hamzeh understood exactly what I was trying to do immediately and never tried to upsell me on different activities, hotels, or a more packaged tour. I mostly needed a driver, but I also wanted someone who could accompany me during certain parts of the trip. As a solo female traveler, feeling safe with someone I would be spending several days in a car with was a top concern, and I felt completely safe with Hamzeh. He was respectful, trustworthy, and attentive throughout the trip. He was also extremely transparent about what he could and couldn’t provide himself, such as explaining that Petra requires a separate guide, and about how he kept my costs down by having someone in his network handle my first airport transfer rather than charging me more for him to make that leg himself. Everything was coordinated seamlessly. He was reliable, efficient, and thoughtful, and even brought me local snacks and drinks each day, including date milk, pomegranate juice, and figs from his own garden! If you know what you want and are looking for someone who will listen, execute it well, communicate clearly, and make you feel safe, I can’t recommend Hamzeh enough.

I needed a ride from QAIA to Petra but wanted to stop at the Dead Sea area purely for sightseeing, no spa experience. Hamzeh was able to arrange this for me at a reasonable price. He and my assigned driver, Ibrahim, gave suggestions on other places to visit but were not pushy. Communication was excellent using Whatsapp. Once I arrived in QAIA, it was nice to have a driver waiting for me. I used the same service on my way back to Amman. Thank you, Hamzeh and Ibrahim.
