Did fetch me at airport.. did bot communicate weeks or days before pick up. Chatted or trying to call operator no feedback. Report this already with viator. Even viator cannot contact them. Follow up refund. Ended up riding an uber last minute upon arrival
I prepaid for our car because I wanted to make sure we arrived at our new owners Hilton Club residence. We were scheduled to go the Nutcracker ballet. Not only did our car not come I tried to email no response and finally reached a human and they were unable to reach a driver. It was a disaster and we missed the ballet. I will never use you again because I have no faith in your company.
Driver never showed up for the pick up. Reported it to your main number for refund! Ended up having to find another ride from the airport!!
Driver showed up with the wrong phone number.
Good driver and good service. It was kind of crazy getting out of the terminal and finding him, but it is a very busy place. 🤷🏻♀️
Our flight got cancelled and was delayed for 3 hours the following day and there was no problem to move out the pick-up each time.
