The meeting point is Rua do Cerro grande has parking space at the back of the building, in front of the Intermarche or in front of the Art Bar. Our jewellery studio is above on a sunny relaxed patio. Hotel pickup is not part of this experience.

This was recommended to me by someone I met on another trip. She was right! We got to view some samples and describe what we had in mind to make. Different finishes were also displayed. Knowing sizes is helpful. Once each of could describe the desired end product, explanation of the various steps got us started with great demonstration of the technique. All of us left pleased with jewelry handmade by us.
Enjoyed this jewelry making. Our host was patient and kind and took time to explain various aspects of jewelry making. We were encouraged to be creative and all left with beautiful jewelry pieces that we love.

Very fun experience to get hands on with jewelry making from a small local artisan. The shop owner was super helpful and informative, and gave us the guidance we needed while also allowing us to get hands on ourselves. It was a great couples activity and we take with us a small token to remind us of the trip.
