Thank you for sharing your feedback. We deeply regret to hear about your recent experience with us and would like to address your concerns. Firstly, we want to assure you that our primary goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Our team follows strict protocols to ensure the proper handling and maintenance of our equipment. Unfortunately, in this instance, a crucial part of the jet ski was found missing upon return. We take such matters seriously and, as per our policies, had to open a case to investigate the issue. Our staff made every effort to communicate with you and resolve the matter amicably. However, it appears there was a misunderstanding and a refusal to cooperate, which necessitated further action. We apologize if our approach came across as unprofessional or caused you distress. This was never our intention. Our team is trained to handle such situations with the utmost respect and professionalism. We are sorry if you felt harassed and assure you that this will be addressed internally. We understand that this incident significantly impacted your holiday, and for that, we are genuinely sorry. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services and ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues, and follow proper protocols of the rental process.
