Jet Ski Adventure Tour Curacao

We were never even able to experience this excursion. In fact our booking was at 11:30 and they contacted us and let us know that we would have to have it pushed back to 1230 without any explanation. They then stated they would pick us up at the cruise port gate two at 11:45 to which we waited at the cruise board and we’re contacted at 11:45 telling us that it would be 50 minutes before they could get to us to pick us up unfortunately they told us that it would take an hour to two hours for the excursion meaning we would not be able to be back to the cruise court by 3 o’clock when our cruise ship left so there was no way for us to participate in this excursion! They have been fighting with me for two hours now trying not to give me a refund even though they never reached out to us until after 12:30 after I had already requested the refund due to their lack of communication and this is completely bad for business. I would not recommend not booking with this company for ANY excursions as they are not honest, and even after not being there at 11:45 to pick us up, still refuse to give us a refund. In fact, they told us that the excursion would only take 45 minutes when I was on the phone with them, however, on Viator, they advertise it for one to two hours. I will be reaching out to my card company to dispute the charge as well as posting in every cruise page on all social pages to beware buyers of this company as this is bad business for sure. Please do not ruin your family’s vacation as they ruined mine.

This was honestly one of the BEST experiences of my Curaçao trip! 🌊🏝️ I was traveling solo, and Alessandro went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing time. He took me on a personal jet ski ride, stayed right with me, and made me feel completely safe and comfortable the entire time. He was patient, attentive, fun, and kept checking to make sure I was okay — but he also made sure I got the FULL experience! 😂 As a solo traveler, feeling safe is extremely important to me, and Alessandro made me feel like I was in good hands from beginning to end. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable, and I really appreciated the extra attention he gave me. If you’re visiting Curaçao and thinking about jet skiing, DO IT! And definitely ask for Alessandro. He made this experience unforgettable and one of the highlights of my vacation.

This was one of the better jet ski excursions I’ve experienced. Our guide was very safety conscious while allowing us freedom to experience real fun.

What an awesome excursion! The only reason I rate it 4 stars is because the waves were well, waving! It was a pretty rough ride for about 10 minutes until we got into calmer waters but that might be up some people’s alley! Still an awesome time and would do it again! Our guide was awesome as well and let us know beforehand the waters were rough! Definitely something you don’t want to miss while in Curacao!

We had an amazing time. You need to hold on while you are traveling in the ocean, but once you get away from the waves and the calm waters you can go really fast.

Alexandro and José They are super friendly guides. They made a nice tour of it. And were very helpful with our oldest who went jet skiing for the first time.

Very Disappointing Experience. Book With Caution I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking Adventure Tours of Curaçao in advance. I had a reservation in Curaçao, but unfortunately, my mini bag containing several personal belongings was stolen. Because of the incident, I had to deal with the police and file an official police report, which caused me to miss my scheduled tour. I explained the entire situation to the company and even had a police report to support what happened. Despite the circumstances, they declined my refund and did not offer me a credit or an opportunity to reschedule. I understand businesses have cancellation policies, but unexpected emergencies like theft can happen. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of flexibility or consideration shown in this situation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking Adventure Tours of Curaçao in advance, especially if their policy provides no flexibility for documented emergencies.

One of the best jet skiing experiences that I have experienced in the last several years and this was my third time jet skiing. The team is great. The customer service is amazing!
