An Unforgettable Experience!
This tour was absolutely fantastic and a perfect way to see the most important and historical sites in Jerusalem and Bethlehem in just one day. Our tour guide Avi did a wonderful job showing us around Jerusalem and explaining the history and background of each site in a professional and balanced way, including different perspectives. In Bethlehem, the local guides Isa and Kojak welcomed us with great hospitality. The entire experience was very well organized and highly professional, and the team from Bein Harim did an excellent job from start to finish.

Exceptional Service and an Unforgettable Jerusalem Experience ⭐
My recent tour with Bein Harim Tours was an exceptional experience, and I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the entire team. It was wonderful to be back and to once again enlist the services of Bein Harim Tours.
Although I had booked the full-day Jerusalem and Bethlehem tour, the Bethlehem portion did not take place due to insufficient participants. Instead, the time was devoted to an extended tour of Jerusalem, which proved to be an enriching and memorable experience.
Our small group of six tourists was privileged to be guided by Mr. Avi, whose professionalism, knowledge, and genuine passion made the day truly unforgettable.
From the very beginning, Mr. Avi introduced himself with humility and warmth, providing a clear and thoughtful briefing that prepared us well for the day's journey. Throughout the tour, he demonstrated remarkable historical expertise while presenting each site with great respect for the diverse religious beliefs and traditions associated with the Holy Land.
The visit to the Mount of Olives was particularly memorable. Mr. Avi brought history vividly to life as he explained the significance of the Old City of Jerusalem, the Temple Mount, the Kidron Valley, the Church of the Ascension, and the Garden of Gethsemane. His engaging storytelling and balanced historical perspective enabled us to appreciate the profound heritage of these sacred places.
One of the highlights of our tour was the breathtaking panoramic view of Jerusalem from the Mount of Olives, including the magnificent Dome of the Rock. We also had the rare privilege of viewing the area in close proximity, an experience that deepened our appreciation of Jerusalem's extraordinary history and spiritual importance.
Mr. Avi is more than an excellent tour guide—he is a gifted historian, educator, and ambassador for Bein Harim Tours. His passion for sharing the history and significance of Jerusalem transformed our visit into a meaningful and enriching experience that we will treasure for years to come.
I would also like to commend the Bein Harim Tours office team for their professionalism and responsiveness. The staff who assisted me via WhatsApp were consistently courteous, prompt, and helpful in addressing my questions and resolving any issues before and during the tour. Their excellent communication made the entire experience smooth and reassuring from start to finish.
My sincere gratitude and warmest compliments to Mr. Avi and the entire Bein Harim Tours team. Mr. Avi is a tremendous asset to your organization, and the outstanding service provided by both your guide and office staff reflects the highest standards of customer care.
Without hesitation, I will enthusiastically recommend Bein Harim Tours to my family, friends, and fellow travelers. Thank you for providing such an exceptional tour and for creating memories that will remain with us for a lifetime.

Beautiful day in the Holy land
I’m a bit of a history enthusiast, so I thought I knew a bit what to expect, but of course the experience was so much better than what I had expected.
The tour guides Tcahi and George were fantastic, friendly and made the entire day unforgettable.
If you are going to visit Jerusalem and Betlehem, these are the guys you want to take you around.

Bethlehem Tour – a disaster disguised as a pilgrimage.
This trip was nothing short of a disappointment.
Bethlehem Tour – a terrible disaster disguised as a pilgrimage.
This trip was nothing short of a disappointment. What should have been a spiritual and peaceful experience turned into an overpriced shopping marathon. We spent hours in souvenir shops with sellers aggressively pushing us to buy things we didn’t want. Lunch was at a place serving pre-made, overpriced food, with no alternative options provided.
The driver failed to warn us about a dangerous pothole at the Bethlehem checkpoint — the bus went over it so harshly that it caused chest pain and left several of us shaken. When I felt physically ill and asked for a break, the guide completely ignored me. There was no care or concern for passenger wellbeing. The whole tour felt commercialised and money-driven, not like a genuine pilgrimage at all.
Operator response
Dear guest,
We are truly sorry to read about your disappointing experience on the Bethlehem Tour. This is certainly not the level of service or care we aim to provide.
Our tours are designed to combine meaningful visits to religious and historical sites with short, optional stops to support the local community and artisans. We regret if these visits felt excessive or pressured — this was never our intention.
Regarding the incident at the checkpoint, we take safety matters very seriously. Your feedback has already been forwarded to our operations and transportation departments for review with both the driver and the guide involved.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the discomfort you experienced. We would appreciate the opportunity to contact you directly and discuss this further to ensure appropriate follow-up and compensation if needed.
Kind regards,
Bein Harim Tourism Services

Itamar was so much fun! He was super knowledgeable, very personable, funny, popular with the locals on tour ( people were smiling and greeting him everywhere we went- it was wonderful to see the Israelis happy to be out in the city working again & hosting tourists). Jerusalem was not very crowded due to resolving war- but that was to out benefit to have more of the city to ourselves. We were able to see so many things on the bus/walk tour that would have taken us days on our own. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to get the most comprehensive introduction to Jerusalem:)
If Itamar is available for any tour I would go with him. The only disappointment was they cancelled the Bethlehem part of the tour ( due to the war). I am Catholic & really wanted to see the birth place of Jesus. I hired a private guide which is basically the only way to travel safely at this time) ❤️🇺🇸🇮🇱🍀🙏

My bucket list tour to walk where Jesus walked
Very nice tour, both tour guides were excellent. I was hoping to actually go to the Garden of Gethsemane rather than drive by, but all in all I loved it and would highly recommend

Amazing experience seeing all the sites from scripture
We stayed in Israel for 5 days and did three tours. This was hands down the best one. Our guide, Yoav, was amazing. As we walked through the city, he seemed to know everyone. It was like you were getting a tour from the mayor of Jerusalem. He was also super knowledgeable and shared so many interesting facts about each of the sites we visited.
Getting to see Bethlehem and Jerusalem was a bucket list dream of mine. I am so happy that this was the tour I chose to take to make it happen.
