Pickup Locations & Times

If you have confirmed transportation, please be at the Lobby 5 minutes prior to your pick up time. Driver will be wearing khaki slacks, white polo and Pez Gato sign. Transportation must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour date to ensure service.

• Adult Beverage Policy: Guests must be 18+ to consume alcohol.
• If you have confirmed transportation, please be at the Lobby 5 minutes prior to your pick up time.
• Boat departs at 6:00pm and returns at 8:00pm (Winter hours are 5pm to 7pm)
• Please be aware that the tour start time may vary depending on the time of year to ensure the best sunset experience.
• If you are making your own way to the dock, please be at our check-in desk 30 minutes prior to departure. Pez Gato Check-in desk is located in Gali Plaza (local 39) across from the entrance to the Hotel Sandos Finisterra.
• Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their activity are not eligible for a refund. We can reschedule your tour but a penalty fee will apply.
• Pickup Time: Hotel pickups are approximately 45 minutes before departure. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking.
• Transportation: Roundtrip pickup is available from selected hotels in Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo and the Tourist Corridor when the transportation option is selected.
• Hotel Information: Provide your hotel/accommodation name at the time of booking. Transportation must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. Be ready 5 minutes before your confirmed pickup time.
• Without Transportation / No Hotel Information: Guests without transportation, or who do not provide their hotel/accommodation information at the time of booking, must meet at Plaza Gali, Blvd. Paseo de la Marina, Local 39, Cabo San Lucas, across from the entrance to Hotel Sandos Finisterra, 30 minutes before departure.
• Cruise Guests: Meet at Plaza Gali, Local 39, across from the entrance to Hotel Sandos Finisterra and across the marina from the cruise tender pier, 30 minutes before departure.
• Children: Children are welcome, although this experience is best suited for adults.
• What to Bring: Wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring a light jacket for the evening.
• Weather: Operates rain or shine. Please wear clothing appropriate for the weather conditions. If the Port Authority closes the port to navigation, you will receive a full refund.
• Accessibility: The tour can accommodate guests with limited mobility; however, there is no wheelchair access onboard. Only foldable/collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated in transportation.
