Two days on a row we did a workshop Glasspainting at Gilgamesh Art Café. The first we enjoyed it so.much, that we came back the next day. We spent e good time on working with glass and paint to.make different beautiful pieces that become even more gorgeous when the sunlight shines through. The teachers supported us with our projects and the atmosphere was relaxing and chilling. And...the Iraqi tea was delicious.

I had such a wonderful Japanese pottery experience with my friends! Honestly, it was one of those experiences where you completely forget about the outside world and just relax and enjoy the moment. What I really appreciated was how they explained every single detail of the process, from the techniques and materials to the history and traditions behind Japanese pottery. You can truly feel the passion and culture behind the craft. It was peaceful, informative, and genuinely enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for something unique, relaxing, and culturally enriching. A beautiful experience from start to finish!
I loved the place its so relaxing the work was amazing and the people there were so nice i would definitely recommend this place to everyone
Loved this place! 🤍 The pottery workshop was so much fun and everyone there was super sweet. They made us feel like family from the moment we walked in the hospitality was amazing the vibe was so cozy and friendly and you could tell they really care about making sure everyone has a great time. Definitely one of my favorite experiences and I’d 100% come back 🥰
Reema, "like family" is exactly what we hope for, and it is the part we cannot teach anyone - it either happens or it doesn't. Thank you for noticing. Come back and carve something else with us.
Very fun, and the guide is very helpful and patient, exceptional experience
Yasmeen, patience is most of the job with Kurinuki - everyone finds their own pace with the clay and there is no rushing it. Thank you for the kind words.
Staff made the experience special
Thank you, Lynn. We will pass this straight to the team - it is the compliment they like most.
A very nice place and a very nice experience, the people are so friendly and helpful
Thank you. Friendly and helpful is the least we can offer when someone trusts us with their very first pot. You are welcome back any time.
No complaints whatsoever, beginner friendly and staff is extremely hospitable and welcoming. Will visit again
Kareem, beginner-friendly is deliberate - Kurinuki is carving, not the wheel, so nobody needs experience to make something good. See you on the next visit.
it was such a cure place. the staff were super nice
Thank you, Ghazala. Glad the glass painting went well - and there is a whole shelf of other crafts waiting whenever you want to try one.
I had a wonderful time today at Gilgamesh Art Café. The staff were amazing, very helpful, welcoming, and friendly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The café features a beautiful gallery filled with inspiring artwork that creates a unique and creative atmosphere. I also had the chance to try Japanese pottery, which was such a fun and relaxing experience. It was my first time exploring this kind of art, and I really enjoyed learning the process and shaping the clay. It felt both calming and creatively fulfilling. The shisha was great, and the overall atmosphere was cozy, heartwarming, and incredibly relaxing. It’s definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had in Amman. I’m already looking forward to my future visits. This place is officially one of my favorite spots!
Darren, this is a wonderful thing to read. The gallery changes every few weeks, so there will be new work on the walls by your next visit - and the clay will be waiting. Thank you for taking the time to write something so generous.
