Thank you for the unforgettable performance. This rare opportunity to experience these traditional instruments for yourself along side warm hearted performers that clearly love what they do.

We had such a great time. They were so lovely and talented. Getting to try playing traditional instruments very fun as well.

It was fantastic! We had a great time and they were so lovely.

Highest appreciation and respect for the passion and love our hosts demonstrated for their art, and for allowing my family to experience playing these unique and beautiful instruments. We only hope more guests will chose wisely and select this adventure.

Experience the best of culture with professional musicians. I joined alone, but it was fun!

You can have a cultural experience with amazing professional musicians! It was the first time I participated alone, but it was fun! I'll come back.

The live performance was authentic and engaging, and we loved having the opportunity to try the instruments ourselves. The musicians were friendly, patient, and passionate about sharing Japanese culture. Everything was well organized, and the explanations were easy to understand. If you’re looking for something unique in Kyoto, don’t miss this experience.

I participated in travel memories, but was surprised by the authentic content more than I had imagined. I was impressed by the power and beauty of the tone as I was able to listen to the shamisen and koto playing up close. He explained not only the performance but also each instrument in an easy-to-understand manner. We also had a photo opportunity, which was a very good memory. It is recommended for both tourists and Japanese, as you can easily experience Japanese culture. I would like to participate if I get another chance.

This was an amazing experience! First we got to watch two very talented women play songs traditional instruments, and we even got to join in with percussion on some of them! The music was all explained in English. It was very beautiful! We then got to have a go playing the Koto and Shamisen, they taught us how to play the instruments and how to read the music, and I was amazed that we were able to play a song together by the end! A fabulous experience and highly recommended!
