Discover the passion of Italian cuisine in a unique course at Elena's home, immersed in Mediterranean tradition. In three hours, learn how to make fresh pasta such as spaghetti alla chitarra and tagliatelle, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. With a passion for vegetables and vegetarian food, Elena will guide you in creating delicious sauces, enriched with tomatoes and basil, My Saves ingredients! End the experience with a typical dessert, such as tiramisu or semifreddo all'amaretto, reviving grandmother's recipes. TOP ITALIAN COOKING EXPERIENCE 🇮🇹😋😍
What a fantastic fun workshop!! 2 different kinds of fresh pasta with homemade sauces (spaghetti pomodoro and tagliatelle with pesto). For dessert, tiramisu was naturally made. After cooking, all the dishes were deliciously eaten together at a beautifully set table. Elena is such a incredibly friendly and sweet hostess and cook. We will definitely come back here for another cooking workshop.

Great experience
Elena is not only a good cook but also a wonderful hostess (just like her husband). The workshop is given in a small group in English in her own kitchen. All questions were answered and I learned many new things. Simple but very tasty cooking with good ingredients. Together after that time enjoy the meal with a nice wine. Definitely a recommendation.

What was fun to do! I don't like cooking at all, but I do like delicious food 😉, but I am really inspired by Elena. Very simple dishes but so incredibly tasty! And what a sweet and friendly woman with a passion for cooking and Italian cuisine. Elena and her husband are incredibly hospitable. And together with the other students, we had a very pleasant day.
