We will be meeting in front of Sirkeci Train Station. After sharing our tour itinerary, we will try several street foods on the way to the historic dervish venue. There will be a very short walk to the dervish show and before the performance we will give you brief information about the background of 800-year-old dervish performance, which is also marked under Unesco heritage and one of the must things to do in Turkey. The dervish show duration will be 1 hour.
Following the dervish performance, our private transfer will take us to a 140-year-old kebab restaurant and we will taste the wonderful Turkish Food. (Unlimited Dinner: you will try 5 different kebabs, meze (tapas), salads, drink). Dinner will be finalized with tea/special coffee and traditional dessert. Notes: Vegetarian, vegan or gluten free option is available, please send us a message after reservation. (10 types of Turkish style vegeterian mezes) The price is all inclusive. You will not pay any extras.
We will split after the dinner 21.30-22.00. We will organise a private car which will drop you to a location close to your hotel.

Zeynep is a lovely vibrant funny young woman who was looking after us throughout the evening with the utmost care and eye for detail. She organised the evening perfectly, is full of energy aswell as useful information. The dinner was lovely, the derwishes were impressive and Zeynep made it all happen. Recommended!
Zey was wonderful! She was engaging, informative, and fun. Prior to the tour she communicated well and finding the pick up point was a breeze. We definitely recommend her as a guide.

She was so kind and welcoming, and at the end she even gave us little bags as souvenirs, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. I especially loved that it was something cute and actually usable. Șule was very knowledgeable and really made the experience memorable, and I would absolutely book with her again. This was a very well organized and presented evening that we'll remember. Zey, our guide, was a great person to teach us about the activities but also to visit with over dinner. She kept us organized and moving. First the street food- excellent. Then, the Sufi Whirling Dervish presentation was so much more than I expected. A unique and moving presentation. The main meal in an historic neighborhood was excellent- tried things I loved that I might never have tasted on my own. And the transportation was professional and flawless. I would take another tour with Zey specifically anytime, and the communication through Viator was great. As a side note, I was hesitant to download Whatsapp as recommended but now that we've used it, I can see the value in having it for just such a purpose. The time of the event was adjusted to give us a full group, and having seen other reviewers mention that has happened to them, we made sure to check our messages in the afternoon. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
Go for the Food but Moreover go for the Mood- and the Mood is Zeynep🌟. Her generousity of spirit is what allowed me to even be apart of the tour. I had booked a tour and they had moved up the time of the tour to an earlier time without being able to contact me successfully. Zeynep heard of my dilemma and by serendipity she adopted me as a member of her tour. She is knowledgeable, beautiful physically and spiritually and a Consummate Foodie!!! Her love for food is infectious. She gave us recommendations and even a shopping bag as a memento from our tour. I enjoyed the food part of the tour. A wonderful experience. Zeynep was a very knowledgeable, friendly, and intelligent guide. She gave us a insightful information about the Dervish ceremony and about the delicious food. She followed up with a list of places we should visit and the best restaurants. It was one of the best tours we had in any city.
