What really stood out was how patient and understanding he was while waiting for us. Some of our friends were delayed getting off the ship, and he never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable. He waited patiently until everyone was ready, which we truly appreciated. Our luggage was handled with care, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the drive into Rome was smooth and stress-free.
