Great service and great guided tour. I can recomand it and i will probably use them again. Listening to the guid is like listening to a romantic musiq😘
I only had one day in Istanbul, and this was the best way to experience the main cultural highlights and enjoy a Bosphorus River tour. The team was very respectful and professional. I highly recommend this tour
I have booked this tour with the company for the second time after nearly three years. I can confidently say again that the service is excellent. They arranged the tour just for me with a clean pickup van. As my health was not good, Mr. Fatih ensured that my knowledgeable guide, Mr. Mustafa, took every care of me. Early in the cold morning, he took me to a pharmacy on the way and arranged medication for me. For lunch, he took to a very good and hygienic place with nice food, and he continued to take great care of me throughout the tour. I am truly grateful. It would not have been possible for any other company to arrange the tour with such care, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended — 5 stars in every department. God bless Mr. Mustafa, Mr. Fatih, and our driver.
We enjoyed this tour and appreciated the pick up and drop off as well as the knowledgeable guides. Excellent communications beforehand. The vehicles used were clean and very much on time. The lunch was good and we would tour with them again on our next visit.
Very professional, very kind and always on time! Our pickup from the airport as scheduled and in a very clean Van. The luxury tour to Bosporous, fantastic and well organised! I recommend definitely this travel agency.
Nice trip with a lot of good spot to see and helpful information. The boat trip is nice and the guide very kind. The lunch was nice with local food
Booking this tour was a great experience as there are many tours to choose from in Istanbul. We looked for one that took us to a few places but also economically sound. Well, this tour checked all the boxes and more for us. I didn't even realise when I was booking that it included the boat tour. Especially in the heat of the day it was a very welcome addition to our experience. The tour guide was lovely, she was helpful to find the way to the meeting point as well as helped during our shopping at the bazaar 😊 If we are in Istanbul again, I would definitely try their other offerings, too.
We enjoyed our tour very much. Mehmet was a very good guide. Very helpful and entertaining. Amazing all the sites we visited.
We saw the major local sites but didn't have sufficient itme to explore the Grand Bazzar. We were disappointed with the lunch provided. It was supposed on a roof top restuarent but that didn't happen
Very accommodating. Hassle free transfers to and from hotels. Had a great time on the Bosphorus night cruise (recommended). Thank you so much team Adore.
