Istanbul And Sabiha Airport to City City to Airports VIP Transfer

I am extremely disappointed with this service. The experience was nothing like what was advertised. The service promised that a driver would be waiting at the arrival gate with our names displayed and would assist us with our luggage. We booked our transfer for 3:30 PM and arrived exactly on time. However, there was no driver waiting for us. Instead, a representative was directing everyone to stand in a corner and wait. Although we were told the wait would only be 5–10 minutes, it quickly became obvious that wasn’t true. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes before our driver finally arrived. To make matters worse, no one assisted us with our luggage at any point, despite this being one of the advertised features of the service. We had to carry our own bags the entire time. What disappointed me the most was the response when we raised our concerns. There wasn’t even a simple apology—only dismissal, as if our experience didn’t matter. This service did not deliver what was promised, and the lack of accountability or basic customer care made the experience even more frustrating. I would not recommend it.
