It was great experience to visit many famous places in Istanbul and Cappadocia. My family is very happy by the all required services from Bruno Travel. Very inhuman…..a guy name Mohammed despite of sending him my itinerary a previous day for my rescheduled flight he made a mistake and did not send the pick up at the scheduled time rather sent the pickup at the cancelled flight time…..his people at the airport are also inhumane….this guy Mohammed never acknowledge calls and he put the entire blame on the customer……at the end he sent a WhatsApp that we do not have a pick up you can take a taxi to the hotel…..please be aware of this crook

The company contacted via wasap 3 hours before arrival in Istanbul. And our flight was delayed for about 20 minutes... and before leaving the airport for Istanbul I warned him and he answered me right away. Telling me that when we land, I'll write to you... and that we had to wait, because of course we didn't know exactly the arrival time... and we waited only 15 minutes for you not to take me to the hotel. And from the hotel to the airport he was 10 minutes before the agreed time... Very good comfortable service and many language barriers through very friendly and very attentive drivers.. The transfer driver from the hotel to departure was really helpful. He went the extra mile to make our journey comfortable and relaxed. He even had the use of Google Assist for communication!! Amazing gentleman..
The company was on time to pick us up from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, the driving was pleasant and the driver very friendly. No annoyance to wait for anybody.
Terrible service. We booked a taxi for 10:30am to collect us from the hotel to the airport. The night before no one got in contact us as we booked through booking.com. I had got in contact with them myself and confirmed the booking. I also gave the flight number and the time our flight was leaving. Not once did they say ‘you need to be ready earlier’ they said it was fine. The day we were leaving they started calling us at 9am telling us to be ready the driver is outside. We told them how can that be possible as our timing for a taxi is booked at 10:30am they said the driver will not wait. I went to the lobby while eating my breakfast to show him the time we booked it he had 9:45am which was impossible. If that was the case why did the lady not tell us the night before when I spoke to her regarding my booking. We rushed upstairs grabbed our bags and went downstairs the driver had left. The company is so rude and unprofessional. When our taxi is booked at a certain time why tell us to be ready an hour before. We had to get our hotel to book us a taxi where we had to settle for a small carrier even though we booked a large one with these guys. I have put a complaint with booking and my bank for the service we did not get I will also be adding pictures to show. At 10:30am we were at the lobby and this was there response. They said we were being rude how can someone be patient if they are calling you every minute ‘are you down? Are you ready?’ The times are different because Turkey is 2 hours behind UK time.
A lot of delays, I was going to miss my flight. I had to call several times. Then the driver asks us for a supplement
