We had a wonderful experience with our driver from Istanbul Airport. He was very professional, friendly, respectful, and punctual. From the moment he picked us up, we felt comfortable and well taken care of. His driving was safe, and his behavior was excellent. We really appreciated his kindness and great service. Highly recommended, and we would definitely use his service again on our next trip to Istanbul. Thank you for making our journey so pleasant
Communication was excellent, the driver arrived on time and transfer went very smoothly. If back in Istanbul, I would not hesitate to hire them again.
Fantastic service from start to finish. Great communication. Our flight was delayed but this was not a problem.
Everything was ok except they didn’t speak English and should be more clear with how you should pay.
Dear, Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience. Our support team speaks fluent English .... We only have one payment method: Cash to the driver
It was perfect safe and comfortable super loved it! The car was comfortable and VIP there are english people speaking as well
We booked this service the night before traveling and the person in charge were very nice to us , the next day the driver was on time, the car was very clean and spacious. We will definitely call them again when in Istanbul.
This is THE best car service ever! Just a few dollars more than trying to catch a cab from airport. Super organized and nice vehicles. They message you the day before your flights both arriving and leaving and are right on time. Rashed in dispatch is the best! I always use them. I cannot recommend them enough.
Thanks you for the lovely review, we are so proud to be your chosen transfer company and very much look forward to seeing you all again on your next adventure.
Our pick up van cane right on time. Also, as soon as we booked our pickup, we got immediate communication from VIP Turkey transfer. Also, the van was really nice and clean. Would highly recommend!
Many thanks for taking time to leave us a review. It's great to hear that you enjoyed your transfer with us!
The car was waiting for me outside, professional driver and fresh car. Everyone can speak English unlike what you expect when you come to Turkey.
Thank you, and hope to see again in Istanbul
It was a short business trip to Turkey. It was indeed helpful to rely on them in the pickup/drop off on time. It makes it easier to use the best of the time you have. Will definitely use their precise-timed services in the future. Recommended!
Thank you, and hope to see again in Istanbul
