Istanbul Airport Private Transfer Services - Biivip Vip Transfer

Despite having a pricing issue with my booking through the website, they handled my transfers smoothly and did not leave me stranded. I thank them again. Everyone is very punctual, the vehicles are very comfortable, and the drivers are extremely attentive. I recommend it to everyone.

We used this company for both pick up from Istanbul Airport & drop off back to the Airport. We had made the booking before we arrived in Turkey & communications were excellent both leading up to our transfers & after our transfer to ensure all was Okay. Both drivers were on time & very professional. Vans were super clean & roomy. Fantastic service & would use again.

Very good, high quality and affordable taxi service. We tried Biivip based on good online reviews and they really didnt lie. I booked online on their website, where they offered a very competitive rate from Taksim to IST airport (45 USD as of June 2025). We were contacted by the driver via whatsapp the day before our pickup time to confirm the booking, and on the day, the driver was on time and friendly. The taxi ride was very comfortable and clean, in a Mercedes Benz even though we booked the regular minivan (as we had 3 passengers and 3 large suitcases). Took around 45 minutes with no traffic and was such a breeze. Will definitely be using them next time.

After arriving and waiting for the 40 minutes at the meeting point , representative came and told us that our driver doesn't coming.

The transfer was unfortunately cancelled by Biivip after arriving while we were actually waiting at the meeting point.

Very good experience. We had an early morning flight from IST and needed a car from Fatih near the Old City for 4.15am. BiiVIP did an excellent job - very professional and very responsive. Answered all my questions promptly on WhatsApp, gave me the driver's name/contact details several hours before the pickup, and he arrived right on time. Then smooth ride to the airport. Definitely recommend

The service provider did not come to get us. Said they couldn’t find the reservation when I contacted them. Wanted to do a new booking and have us pay more even when I screenshotted our ticket. We had to get a cab last minute. Waiting for Viator to give us a refund.

We booked Biivip transport after another friend had recommended them , we were in Istanbul for a wedding . There was 12 of us staying in the same hotel so we booked return journey for us all . The price was excellent , the communication was first class throughout from start to finish on WhatsApp , quick responses , open 24/7 and the transport a 15 seater mini van was clean and air conditioned . Arrived on time for pick ups for both outward and return journeys . Unfortunately the small child onboard was sick and a very reasonable service charge was added for the cleaning which was €15 and understandable . Overall a fantastic experience all round and would highly recommend Biivip for any airport transport , day trips or for large events taking large groups to events such as the wedding we attended . Thank you for your first class service . 🙏🏾❤️

Worst experience ever! Only interested about money. NO AC in the car. It was very hot & also the car petrol smell. When I informed them they said that it is hot outside and that the AC was maximum! See by the picture where the AC is coming from! This is not VIP at all. Better take the bus! Oh and also wifi keeps on coming and going

Booking made a few days before our departure via WhatsApp. The day of departure, I inform the company of the delay of the plane. The company acknowledged receipt of this information and wishes me a good flight. Arrive in Istanbul at the place of assembly, we give our names and amazement they are not on the list. We had to wait about an hour to be taken care of. No commercial gesture was made! I do not recommend at all!!!
