This app-led scavenger hunt takes you through Inverness on foot, using phone-based riddles to guide you from one landmark to the next. Bad. App not working. Could not start. We didn't get in touch with organization so money is gone. Have tried too long. Too bad about the money and the trouble.
Wat jammer dat het bij jullie niet gelukt is – en dat willen we graag rechtzetten. We hebben het even gecontroleerd: jullie boeking staat correct in ons systeem geregistreerd, maar de tour is nooit geopend of gestart. Dat komt bijna altijd doordat er een andere app dan de onze is gedownload, en dan kan de code inderdaad nergens worden ingevoerd. Het lag niet aan de tour zelf: op dezelfde dag hebben meer dan 15 deelnemers deze route zonder problemen afgelegd en wereldwijd hebben meer dan 150 mensen de tour met de app gespeeld. Het is ook jammer dat jullie de indruk hadden dat jullie ons niet konden bereiken – we hebben helaas nooit een supportverzoek van jullie ontvangen. We zijn heel eenvoudig bereikbaar via mail@explorial.com, en ons aanbod geldt nog steeds: stuur ons jullie bestelnummer, dan stellen we de juiste app en jullie toegang in of regelen we een terugbetaling, mocht jullie daar de voorkeur aan geven.
