Learn to cook authentic Thai cuisine and immerse yourself in Thai food culture during this 4 hour unforgettable experience. You will visit the famous seaside town of Hua Hin's 100-year-old fresh food market - Talad Chat Chai. Prepare and cook 4 delicious Thai classics with the help of your friendly and knowledgeable instructors. Deepen your knowledge of Thai food and ingredients in the relaxing surrounds of a traditional Thai teak house. Dishes you will learn and cook: - Make red curry paste - Gaeng Ped Moo (Red Curry with Pork) - Som Tam (Papaya Salad) - Gai Pad Med Mamuang Cchicken with Cashew Nuts) - Khao Niaow Ma Muang (Mango with Sticky Rice)

If you want to learn Thai cooking, choose this course
Me and my wife did a cooking class today, we had chosen menu 2 with papaya salad, chicken cashew, red curry with pork tenderloin and mango sticky rice. Everything worked perfectly around the organization and it was very interesting with very good dishes as a result. Highly recommended.

Fantastic !
Absolutely fantastic experience. Visited the market first which was very interesting and informative. Then to the cooking school. We made 4 dishes which all tasted amazing. Our chef was brilliant, informative, interesting and funny. I would definitely recommend.

A very tasty, enjoyable experience!
It was a very pleasant experience, we visited firstly the market and bought our ingredients for cooking, each ingredient was explained to us for its role in the dish, then we were taught how to cook very tastyThai dishes. Everything was perfectly organised, the nice place where we cooked had all the necessary equipment, and we had the time to enjoy the dishes we prepared. All in all we enjoyed everything, thank you to all the organisers! Highly recommended!
