Calling this experience excellent is truly an understatement. I will start by thanking those who are generally never mentioned enough, that is, those who take care of the organizational sphere: the work of these people was exceptional. Pre-tour assistance, coordination of pick-ups and drop-offs... everything perfect. We booked with them directly from Italy and we did not have any type of problem. Compliments and thank you! As for the tour... above expectations. The guide (Kendrick) was a true expert and supported us by understanding what we were looking for from this experience: a good part of the excursions went in the direction of our curiosities and this allowed us to live a fulfilling experience. Lodge: thanks to the whole staff. We really felt at home! With a 5-day stay you become part, albeit briefly, of their life. The family was always kind and discreet and the food was always excellent. Finally, thanks to our captain (a name difficult to remember and I apologize for that): he guided us through the jungle, passing with the boat in spots at the limit of navigability. I really recommend this agency and the type of tour we chose… even if I will never forget the experience of the night in the jungle 😱😱😱

Ci fa enorme piacere sapere che vi siete sentiti seguiti fin dal primo contatto dall’Italia e che tutta l’organizzazione sia stata all’altezza delle vostre aspettative. Ma la parte che ci rende più felici è sapere che il tour è riuscito a seguire le vostre curiosità. Kendrick ha fatto un ottimo lavoro nel capire cosa volevate scoprire e nel rendere l’esperienza vostra, non semplicemente “un tour”. E grazie per aver ricordato anche lo staff del lodge e il nostro capitano. Sono proprio queste persone, con il loro lavoro quotidiano e il loro modo di accogliere, a rendere un’esperienza in Amazzonia così speciale.
