The Solo Float experience and sensory deprivation is the way to go for complete relaxation and dropping in to a meditative state. The service was exceptional the experience comforting and I felt held during the experience. The room and amenities were beautiful. Definitely felt rejuvenated and reset upon leaving.

A great place to re-set and unwind. Always clean and the staff are super helpful. I try to go at least twice a month. If you are new to this it does take about three visits to get the most from this very unique experience as you can be distracted on the first one or two floats as your mind needs to learn to accept the sensory shift.

Is so... nice, peaceful, relaxing, comforting and curiously fun. The pod was large enough to not feel too closed in, you can basically starfish and almost touch the sides. Its honestly what you might imagine lying in a cosy cloud may feel like, except that you can't eat it and expect it to taste like candyfloss 😉.

I was greeted well, and the float room, was explained to me, it was extremely clean, with all the accessories I needed. My float was amazing, something I have not experienced before. The room was welcoming, the temperature spot on, and the ambiance relaxing. I was then given time to relax, chat and enjoy herbal tea. The whole experience was pure bliss.

This was my first time floating at this place and my husband's first float. The friendly staff explained the float procedure with us in a professional easy to follow manner. Everything was provided to prepare for the float including bathroom amenities, hairdryer and ear plugs. Working in busy jobs, this was a great way to relax and unwind. It was nice to shut off our phones and drift away. We felt relaxed and uplifted afterwards. We will come back again. I recommend bring an extra towel if you have long hair, as you need to shower before and after, and loofah or shower gloves if you like to exfoliate your skin.
