Tour guide did not show up. We waited at the door while being repeatedly asked who were were by personnel who we don’t believe were club staff. We were denied entry. The club security did not know the name of the tour guide. The tour guide did not respond to any calls or texts until after we left an hour after attempting to gain entry. Terrible experience. We were not refunded.
