Indoor Skydiving Experience at iFLY London 2 Flights

My experience was fantastic the staff are brilliant and the instructor was a legend I couldn't of ask for a better experience 10 out of 10

I booked the 4 flight package as a surprise birthday present for my son and I have to say it did not disappoint and exceeded expectations. The booking process was very easy and very informative. From the moment we arrived at the centre at the O2 we were made to feel very welcome. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful and made sure we knew what to do and where we needed to go. Our instructor Liam was very enthusiastic and helpful and he really wanted to ensure that we all had the best experience. Nothing was to much trouble and for those that seemed nervous he spent the extra time to ensure that they were put at ease and helped them to get the best possible flight. It was very clear that all the staff at the O2 centre really enjoyed their job and genuinely cared about ensuring everyone had the best experience possible.this really made my sons birthday truly memorable and very special. We now want to do this again as this experience has made us want to do a parachute jump and we want to get as much flight time in as possible thanks again we can’t recommend this experience enough 10 out of 10

So disappointed with this experience. I bought this for my son and his friend to celebrate his birthday, and the overall experience was so unbelievably bad that I will never step foot in there again. We were asked to check in 45 minutes early just for a paltry 30 to 60 seconds inside the flying chamber. What they deliberately hide from you is that the basic price doesn't even cover actual skydiving; it’s just hovering a couple of feet off the ground! If you want to actually fly, you're forced to cough up an extra £20 for the first turn and £15 for the second just to go up the tunnel with the instructor. To charge that much for barely a minute of airtime and then hold a birthday celebration hostage for extra upsells is completely greedy and shameful. It felt less like a fun family experience and more like an aggressive cash-grab from start to finish. Shame on iFly for resorting to such cheap, manipulative tricks to squeeze extra money out of customers. Save your hard-earned money and take your business anywhere else!

So disappointed with this experience. I bought this for my brother for his 21st birthday and can safely say I won’t be going again. When we arrived we were informed the systems were down but everything will run as usual, we just need to complete a waiver on paper rather than online. What they don’t tell you is that what you’ve paid for so far is not actually skydiving, it’s hovering above the ground. To actually fly, you will have to pay an additional £20 for the first go and £15 for the second go to actually go up in the tunnel with the instructor. Each flight lasts between 30-60 seconds. We agreed on the premise we can get the videos and pictures and my brother will have the memory of actually flying. When we left and I’d paid the additional £70, the instructor told us the videos and photos will be sent to our email within 15 minutes. After hours of not receiving them, I emailed the team who told me no photos or videos were captured because the systems were down. When I called to explain I’d only agreed to the higher flights on the premise we’d get the recording, the lady on the phone said you should have been given the higher flights for free (at least one each) due to the servers being down and we should have been told that no media would be available. Most worryingly, she advised that in her system I had only paid £35 and got one flight for free each. I had to send her my bank statement to show her that actually I was charged double. Eventually I was handed to a manager that reassured me he’d call me back within an hour. The rest of the day went past and when I tried to call again, I was told he was dealing with it and he’ll give me a call when it’s resolved (this was 4 hours later). No call. Just an email saying I don’t deserve any refund. What about this horrendously bad experience? What about being charged an extra £35? Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, a complete rip off.

We visited Sunday 26th July. They said on the website to turn up 45 mins early and I do not understand why that much. Waste of time just hanging about for that long. The flights although advertised at a minmum of 50 secods they all lasted 42 - 45 secods (i have the videos). Don't get the fly up option for £15 esch, it's a rip off. Not only does it not add any extra time to the actual flight , it takes a few seconds away , because as soon as you get into the tunnel , after 5 seconds they fly you up twice quickly and then shoot you out. The experience itself is nice but you can clearly see it's a tourist trap. Too bad

I was absolutely terrified I don’t like heights but Ryan put me at ease straight away I even went right up with instructor it was an amazing experience and can’t wait to do it again thank you Ryan. Whilst we where there we experienced the amazing team work alongside visitors with disabilities this team made sure they had the time of their lives and everyone came out having had wonderful time.

Tried indoor skydiving at iFLY London (O2) and honestly… what an experience! 🤯✨ From the moment you step in, the whole team makes you feel super comfortable and excited. The training is quick, easy to follow, and before you know it, you’re actually flying! The highlight for me was definitely the high fly, that moment when they take you up higher in the tunnel… it literally feels like real skydiving Such a fun, unique experience and perfect for anyone wanting to try something adventurous without jumping out of a plane 😄 100% worth it and something I’d do again!

I took my daughter to Fly, we arrived a few hours early but was able to sit up in the viewing gallery and experience the joy of everyone flying as we waited for our booked timing. My daughter whom is 12 was intrigued she chose to stay versus going to get food! When it was finally time for her to fly her instructor was very pleasant and although I was not flying h made sure to include me in on what was taking place and ensuring I was comfortable with her flying! We only booked two flights but will definitely book more next time :D!! The team’s dynamic was great and they all seemed to thoroughly enjoy what they do! -Av’ry mom ( Stevontae Somersall-Ahknaton)

My 14-year-old son and I were thrilled to have this experience at iFLY. The instructors were professional, friendly, and made us feel completely safe from the start. Such an exciting and unforgettable experience — we’ll definitely be back!
