This was a very unexpected and very enjoyable experience during my trip to Hawaii! I originally just wanted to try it once because I had never done this type of mobile yoga before, but unexpectedly, I ended up going many times during my limited travel time. The movements are very challenging, requiring core, balance, and body control. At first, you might feel, "Can I really do this move?", but Dennis will adjust it according to each person's situation. Afterward, my body felt particularly relaxed, as if my whole body was stretched out and loosened up, with noticeable relaxation in my shoulders, neck, back, and hips. My favorite part is the final "reward segment"—aerial yoga! After completing the more challenging moves, you can experience hanging, inversions, and using the straps to relax your body. The first time might be a little nerve-wracking, but it's actually very relaxing and a lot of fun 😬 There are not only indoor classes here, but also morning beach sessions. Because I have to be at the beach at seven in the morning, I really can't get up... It's a pity I didn't participate, but just imagining doing yoga in Hawaii in the morning, by the sea, with the sun and sea breeze, makes me think it would be very interesting. Next time I come, I will definitely want to try it. If you come to Waikiki and want an experience that is not just for "checking in," but one where you can truly participate and feel it in your body, I highly recommend this place. It is also very friendly to people with no related experience, and it is very likely that they will, like me, originally plan to come once but end up coming back again during the trip.
