We had a wonderful experience. We were offered to upgrade the tour to a private tour, as our pick-up location was far away and we had additional travel costs anyway, that was absolutely fair. William our guide was wonderful! He is incredibly empathetic and also knows a lot about the environment and wildlife. His English is absolutely perfect. He responded to all our needs, which is sometimes not easy with small children who complain a lot. He even had binoculars with him and let the children watch the animals. The falls are a dream anyway, of course. But when you are accompanied so kindly, it is of course even more fun. Yes, the entrance to the parks is of course again quite expensive but the organizer can't help it. Thanks for the great tour.

One of the best tours I’ve ever done! Everything was organized perfectly and the experience was simply extraordinary. The guide was amazing, very attentive and knowledgeable, always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying the tour.
Iguassu Falls is a must-see, and this service made the experience absolutely perfect! I booked for a group of friends, and we all agreed that it was one of the most memorable days of our trip. The shuttle service was free, punctual, and very comfortable, and the guide was incredibly helpful. What I loved most was how easy everything felt – tickets, timing, explanations – all handled with care. The Macuco Safari was the cherry on top, an exciting adventure that left us speechless.
