HOTEL TRANSFER ( PICK UP) IS ONLY AVAILABLE IF THE OPTION SELECTED • If TICKET only option selected - please make own arrangement to Dubai ICE RINK , located inside the Dubai Mall, close to the Burj Khalifa. • Get accurate directions by asking at the Dubai Mall Service Desks or look for signage indicating the direction to the Dubai ICE RINK • Please arrive at the redemption point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays. • If Ticket + Transfer option selected - The time you have selected will be Dubai ICE RINK visit time and hotel pick up will be 01 hours prior to the selected visit time. • The Hotel pickup is only available from hotels in Dubai – Deira / Bur Dubai / Downtown / Al Barsha/Marina /Jumeirah / Palm Jumeirah area and Dubai Port Rashid Cruise Terminal and Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal. Additional charges applicable to arrange pick up from any other locations.

- You will receive an instant confirmation email (VIATOR /TRIPADVISOR VOUCHER) after the booking is made, but it cannot be used to redeem at “ Dubai Ice Rink” ticket counter.
- You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made.
- Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) and show to the staff at the Dubai Ice Rink entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.
- The booking confirmation is valid only for the specific date and time shown thereon and shall automatically expire upon the lapse of this specific date and time.
- If you selected the COMBO product , Please make sure you have read the instructions provided for that specific option
- Dubai Ice Rink has height restrictions based on each attraction. The Minimum height is 110 cm and if the child does not meet the height policy, it is not advisable to bring them along.
- Kindly wear clothes which will cover your knees and shoulders. Avoid shorts or any clothes which will not cover your chest, shoulders, and knees.
- Restrictions may apply to Experiences and Rides, please check with staff at the ticket counter.

The sessions are open to up to 350 skaters, the app showed there were less than 10 persons booked, when we arrived there were maybe 80 people on the ice. We upgraded to the risport figure skates for an extra £10. There were no patch skating sessions available for experienced skaters.
