I nice way to see different parts of Ibiza
We used Santa Eulalia ferries twice during our recent stay in Cala Longa. On both trips from Cala Llonga to Es Canar and Eivissa port back to Cala Llonga the ferries were very punctual. We found both boats to be clean and comfortable but the catamarans seemed much more stable with less rolling than the other boats, especially if the weather was a bit windy and the water a bit choppy. On both trips all the staff were friendly and although more expensive than a land taxi we really enjoyed the experience which was like a mini excursion of it's own. We would recommend and repeat if we come back to Ibiza.

We love hearing that the journey itself felt like a mini excursion and became part of your Ibiza experience. Thank you for your recommendation, and we hope to welcome you on board again the next time you visit the island!

Very good service and nice scenery
Very efficient service. On time and good location right in the center of both towns/harbour.
€18 return for an adult from Es Canar to Santa Eululia. Took about 25 minutes with a quick stop enroute at Cala Pada.
Drinks are sold onboard for reasonable prices.

Rude staff tht seem to dislike customers.
Only use this service if you can tolerate the rude aggressive ferry staff. They will grunt and bark at you ,moan at you and treat you like cattle. Such a shame as it would have been a nice trip, oh by the way, they will be really nice to you when they want to sell you beers on board !! I had a slight worry on the return trip, no life jackets were visible, unlike the ferry on the way out. They have a long way to go with regards to customer care...or politeness...they have none.
Operator response
Dear grahampar,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations.
Providing a friendly and respectful service is extremely important to us, and we will review this situation with our crew to ensure this does not happen again.
Regarding your concern about life jackets, please rest assured that all our vessels are fully equipped and comply with maritime safety regulations. However, we understand that visibility and communication are also important, and we will take this into account to improve our passengers’ peace of mind.
We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us improve our service.
Kind regards,

Ferry experience.
Boat trip from Cala Pada to Eularia.
Timetable was followed perfectly.
At that time there was a lot of turbulence on the water so some needed an “emergency bag”.
Operator response

Very bad sea sicknesses for us all
I thought this would be a pleasant boat ride as a family. It was horrendous. My children and I vomited on the way there and I was sick 3 times on the way back. The boat went very fast and swayed all over the place so was an extremely uneasiness experience for us all. We saw lots of other passengers being sick and some inters. Crew handed out lots of paper sick bags. I've never had an experience like that on a boat and I wish I had never booked it. If you can manage the motion, fine, but should be clearer warnings on the website imo. Dont even think about it of you are likely to get sea sick. I wouldn't recommend for children either.

We are truly sorry to hear that the sea conditions made your trip uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the Mediterranean can sometimes be choppy, and while our crew always follows safety regulations and navigates as smoothly as possible, certain days can be rougher than others. We completely understand how unpleasant seasickness can be, especially for children, and we’ll review how we can better highlight this possibility on our website to help guests prepare in advance. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as it helps us improve both our communication and the overall experience for our passengers.

Lovely trip, highly recommended
Travelled from Es Cana to Ibiza Town as a family of 3, lovely trip, highly recommended.
Our ferry from Es Cana called in at Santa Eulalia and Cala Llonga on the way to Ibiza town which was lovely.
We caught the last return ferry from Ibiza town to Es Cana at 6.30pm (Sunday) just as the superyachts were arriving, which was amazing.
