Great to be able to travel in airconditioned comfort from one location of interest to another and then have the opportunity to stop and be given free time to walk and shop at local markets. All the time be given information about the history and social importance of the area and features.
Dear David, It was a real pleasure to have you with us in Ibiza! I will forward your kind feedback to your guide, Sabrina, it will surely make her day :) We wish you amazing rest of your travel across Europe and hopefully, see you again one day! Warm regards, Magdalena Vexperio
Very knowledgeable guide, excellent English, concerned for all members of the tour. Interesting and informative of the places we visited.
Dear Gerald, Thank you for your kind words, it means a lot to us and to your guide :) Have a great rest of your cruise and hopefully, see you again in one of many stunning European destinations we operate in :) Warm regards, Magdalena Vexperio
A good little tour around to see a couple of beautiful little villages and towns such as Santa Gertrudis. Could have stayed there all afternoon. Just such a shame that it was so hot we were glad to get back on the coach.
Dear Janet, Thank you for spending day in Ibiza with us and for your kind feedback - it truly made our day :) We’re happy that despite the August heat, you were able to enjoy the tour and that the AC on the bus was a little help :) Have an amazing rest of your cruise! Warm regards, Magdalena Vexperio
This tour had potential, but like many, it was planned around shopping. The first stop was 100% tourist trap shopping but included some nice shops with quality merchandise. The second stop had more time and we were supposed to eat lunch, but service is so slow in Europe that we didn’t have enough time to order, wait and eat in addition to shopping. It was a very pretty setting on the beach, though, and I would say this trip (Eulalaria) made the excursion worthwhile. There was a lot of walking and the temp in August was over 90 degrees Fahrenheit with high humidity. The third stop a few of us skipped because it was another 15 minute walk one way into old Ibiza town. We were too hot and exhausted, but luckily the bus took us back to the ship early. Our tour guide was very pleasant and enthusiastic, and while her English was good, she spoke one word at a time with a thick accent, so it was at times hard to understand her. Also, this tour does not go to the cruise ship, and it is a very long walk from the ship to the gathering point of the tourist center.
Dear Eric, Thank you, for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very happy to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful beach setting and found Rocío pleasant and enthusiastic. We’re sorry that the August heat and walking made the day more tiring than expected. Our tour is designed to explore Ibiza and experience different parts of the island, rather than being a hop-on hop-off tour, and the walking involved is clearly mentioned in the tour description. For future guests, we’d also like to clarify that shopping is completely optional. Many guests enjoy discovering local shops, but during free time you are equally welcome to explore on your own, enjoy a coffee, take photos or simply soak up the Ibiza atmosphere. We were sorry that you decided to return to the ship early, as this meant missing Ibiza Old Town, one of the island’s true highlights. We hope you’ll have the chance to discover it next time! As for the meeting point, cruise ships can dock in different areas, so we use a central location suitable for guests arriving from different ships; depending on the dock, only a short walk may be required. We hope that future guests will come away with what we want every guest to have - a chance to explore Ibiza, enjoy its unique atmosphere, and create their own memorable moments on this beautiful island. Warm regards, Magdalena Vexperio
Required too much walking long distances.
Hello! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the amount of walking was more than you expected. Our tour description does mention that the tour has a moderate difficulty level and involves walking at the various stops. It is therefore not recommended for guests with significant mobility limitations, and it is not a hop-on hop-off style tour. We understand, however, that expectations can sometimes differ, and we’re sorry if this was not what you had anticipated. At each stop, we also allow some free time, giving guests the opportunity to take a break, rest in the shade, purchase additional water or a refreshing drink, and enjoy the surroundings at a comfortable pace. For future guests, we hope this information helps clarify the nature of the tour so that everyone can choose an excursion that best matches their mobility and expectations. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Warm regards, Magdalena Vexperio
This Ibiza tour with the lively and friendly guide Rocio will be the most memorable during this trip. Once again, I want to thank Rocio for making good memories.
Highly recommend this cost effective tour because of the ease getting out of the port. I was happy to have pre arranged transportation because the taxi and customer service lines were very long. The tour company was very organized with great communication before and during the tour. The tour itself was a nice taste of Ibiza if you're looking for something beyond the beach clubs. Each village had cute shopping and we had time to have lunch on the beach. Beautiful day!
We really enjoyed seeing a different side of Ibiza, beyond the party reputation. Santa Gertrudis was peaceful and authentic, and the old town was stunning. Sabrina was an excellent guide with great energy and interesting stories about the island. Everything was very well organised from start to finish. My only wish is that we'd had a bit more free time in the old town, we could have stayed all day!
The tour guide was nice woman from the local area and she did a good job of telling us about the areas we visited but the stops in the two villages were only 30 minutes and not enough time to explore or shop.
Dear Daniel, Thank you for your feedback—we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the guide and the tour overall. We understand that the time in the villages can feel short, especially when there is more to explore. As this is a shore excursion, the schedule is designed to fit within cruise timings and ensure a timely return to the ship. For guests who prefer a more relaxed pace with longer stops, we also offer private options with greater flexibility. Kind regards, Magdalena Vexperio Team
Started off 22 minutes late as we waited for 2 “lost” customers. Quick stop in 2 little towns. Picturesque but no time to really see anything. Final stop was at the port. Could have walk off ship and done this myself. Tour guide was barely there. Sent us on our own with meeting time of 5:10 and she showed up at 5:22. Bus driver was excellent!
Dear Thomas, Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is not the standard we aim to deliver, and I completely understand your frustration. I also regret that the guide’s presence and timing were not satisfactory during the tour, as a smooth and well-paced experience is exactly what we want every guest to enjoy. Your comments regarding both timing and guiding quality have been noted and will be reviewed with the local team to prevent this from happening again. Thank you as well for your kind words about the driver — I’m glad to hear that part of the experience went well. We sincerely appreciate your feedback, even when it is critical, as it helps us improve.
