Tour guide Eva is FANTASTIC! We had an absolutely delightful tour of the Hunter Valley, immersed in the aromas of wine and chocolate.
We booked only the day before the tour. My wife & I were the only English speakers on the tour. Also the only seniors. We had a driver & guide who were both incredible. They ensured we were included. The service was outstanding. The two wineries were very good & we’ve been to many. Lunch was plentiful and good. The stop for chocolate was nice but unnecessary in my opinion. I work part time as a travel agent in Canada & would absolutely recommend this company.
We enjoyed our tour today. Gordon, our tour guide and driver, was remarkable. He looked after 38 people with ease. It’s our first bus load tour. We normally go on very small or private tours. It was a great day with a lot of friendly people.
A comedy of errors on our tour. It took over an hour and a half to leave Sydney CBD. From picking up the wrong people, having to go back to the CBD to pick up the right people, (ended up an hour later back at our original pick up point) to multiple pickups and transferring people to different tours it wasn’t good. So much lost time which could have been spent in the Hunter Valley. Multi lingual tour. Which was great. But some languages felt cheated. Long descriptions in one language. So short in others. The venues selected were excellent. So top points there. But the tour operator cheated out on pre selected menu options. Pick another operator I think.
Sota and Yan are very accommodating! They provided a great experience. Will definitely book again!
Yang is very good. Decent trip.
Yan and Danny are super friendly and knowledgeable about the area we went to. Highly recommend them

Great experience and a very well organised day. The bus driver and guide were very professional and good. Meal was lovely and the winery’s were fantastic.
