Humantay Lagoon Tour from Cusco All Inclusive

I don't even know where to start. Here we go: in the morning, the agreement was for us to meet at the building entrance as agreed, but this did not happen (it was 4 am); it was agreed that there would be a maximum of 15 people in the group (there were 17); two people from another tour were boarded in the group and only realized this when they tried to pay for the ticket (the two were dropped off at a gas station to wait for a taxi that would take them to meet the other group - at 4 am). The sound inside the van was loud the whole trip. And now the worst part - when you get to the base of the mountain they disembark in the first parking lot (the farthest) forcing you to walk 1km more than the other groups. You are harassed all the time to make the climb using the horses (which cost $180.00 soles per person. But they take you on a longer trail, in the middle of a woods and next to the river with the horses (which get stuck, advance, and get agitated) because besides there being many horses, people are walking around and the trail is very steep and full of rocks, irregular, and poorly marked - this is because the GUIDE does not accompany us AT ANY MOMENT NEITHER ON THE UPHILL NOR ON THE DOWNHILL, there is no explanation of the place, no history, nothing. BUT there is another EXCLUSIVE trail for pedestrians, where the view is beautiful and safer and without the chance of accidents, where strangely all the other groups go and this option is not given at any time, you are constantly harassed to pay for the horses with clear bad intentions. It was the biggest scam I have ever seen
