My guide was very friendly & informative, and I learned a lot on this tour. It's cool to see the city from the upper deck
A great way to experience the city and get your bearings quickly! The tour takes around 1 hr 20 mins. There are 2 stops that you can get off to explore more and wait for the pick up bus which is around 80 mins later, but we did not do that. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and good at pointing out the sites as we travelled the city. It was good way for us to understand the layout of the City and decide which things we wanted to visit later and spend more time looking at / doing.
Great guide. Very knowledgeable and witty. Made the trip very interesting
Great tour, lots of murals, and a friendly guide. Wear lots of sunscreen if you are sitting on the top!
Despite what it says in the description, this is not an accessible activity. Yes, a person in a wheelchair can technically get on, but can’t see anything and there is no air conditioning available. No refund granted.
Had a great time! Loved the driver she made the experience of the city very educational. Just wish they had more shade on the top of the bus. Besides that perfect!
It was a fantastic experience especially because of the amazing passionate driver and tour guide Yolanda. Loved her energy , knowledge about the city. She added the extra charm to the experience. Even the guy who was at the your counter was very nice
Our bus driver / tour was a very nice, friendly, knowledgeable lady. Hire more like her!
The bus had no air conditioning in temperature of 108° making the ride extremely uncomfortable. If you are over 60 yeats old, it's not a good idea to ride. I felt sick, headache and nauseated. In addition, the driver refused to stop at the location shown on the map, which caused a significant inconvenience. This experience was disappointing, and I hope these issues are addressed to improve service for future passengers.
This is a Texas summer outdoor activity on an open-top double-decker bus (no AC possible due to the open-air design). Passengers have the option to go downstairs for more comfort. Guests may hop off if permitted due to construction areas and high midday temperatures. Morning and evening tours are available for better weather conditions. As a courtesy for the elderly, we offered a covered, air-conditioned shuttle. Your safety is our priority.
Great information about the city and its history. The guide answered all of our questions. He pointed out important landmarks!
