4 : 00am - 4 : 30am : We will pick you up from your hotel or location in CDMX, Countess, Polanco, Rome, Centro, Reforma, etc. (only if you selected the option that includes it) we will contact you one day before your activity to indicate the exact pickup time 4:30am : Start the transfer from Mexico City to our offices in Teotihuacan.
6:00am - 6:30am: You will arrive in Teotihuacan and record your visit, you will pass to our terrace where there will be coffee and cookies, then you will go to your balloon and you will have time to take pictures. 6:30am : Start your flight on Aerostatic Balloon with a duration of 35 to 50 minutes depending on the weather conditions. Upon landing a toast is made with sparkling wine and a flight certificate is given, we return to the offices if you want to purchase a photo package (extra cost).
8 :00am - 9 :00am : After the hot air balloon flight, we will go to eat at an impressive restaurant located in a Natural Cave! The best food you will find here, besides being an incredible and uncommon experience you will try typical food of the Teotihuacan region and Mexico. (only if you selected the option that includes it)
9:00am - 10:00am: You will visit a local artisan cooperative where you will give us an interesting explanation about Teotihuacan culture, obsidian, maguey, precious stones and a tasting of typical drinks of the region.
10 : 00am - 11 : 30am : You will have up to 1.5 hours of free time to visit the Teotihuacan pyramids on foot, we recommend walking on the causeway of the dead and taking pictures in front of the stunning pyramids of the sun and pyramid of the moon. Access ticket not included
11:30am - 1:00pm: Finally, we will drop you at the same location where we picked you up, always in expectation of traffic conditions and likely closures for marches, marathons or public events on CDMX that are very common, in case you have more activities you can change the location where we will drop you off but you need to notify us in advance.

This was hands down one of the best experiences of our entire trip to Mexico City! My partner and I were initially a little nervous about doing a hot air balloon ride, but from the moment we were picked up at our hotel, everything was so easy and well organized. We were incredibly lucky with the weather and conditions and got to have the experience we were hoping for—flying over the Teotihuacán pyramids was absolutely breathtaking! Our pilot was wonderful and clearly took his role very seriously. You could immediately tell how knowledgeable, focused, and experienced he was, and that safety was his top priority while still making sure we were having an incredible time. As someone who was nervous going into the experience, I felt completely comfortable once we were in the air. The experience didn’t end with the balloon ride either. We had an amazing meal at La Cueva, and simply walking into the restaurant was an experience in itself. The food was delicious! Afterwards, we had the opportunity to learn about and taste mezcal, including getting an education on the agave plant, which was such a fun and unexpected part of the day. We also had some time for souvenir shopping before heading over to explore the pyramids. I truly can’t recommend this tour enough. From the hotel pickup, to the balloon ride, food, mezcal tasting, shopping, and visiting the pyramids, everything was seamless from beginning to end. Being picked up and dropped back off at our hotel made the entire day incredibly easy and stress-free. Most importantly, we came away with amazing photos, unforgettable memories, and an experience we’ll be talking about for years. If you’re considering doing this tour, especially if you’re a little nervous like I was, do it—you won’t regret it!

We had a great experience on our hot air balloon flight. First, we got picked up at our hotel which was extremely convenient for the early pick up. All the guides and drivers were very nice and the flight was beautiful! Would recommend to anyone visiting!
