Pick-Up (20-40 minutes): Begin with a comfortable pick-up from your location in Marrakech and enjoy the scenic drive to our launch base. 2. Pre-Flight Refreshments (1 hour): Relax with coffee, tea, orange juice, and croissants . 3. Hot Air Balloon Flight (±1 hour): Soar above Marrakech and its surroundings, capturing breathtaking views and memorable photographs. 4. Return to Tents (15-25 minutes): After landing, return to our traditional tents in a 4x4 vehicle. 5. It was nothing short of spectacular. Surrounded by so many balloons taking off at the same time. Breathtaking view of the Atlas Mountains at sunrise. All the staff from the taxi driver, the pilot and the ground crews were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Absolutely no complaints. Would highly recommend. Go at sunrise!!
The balloon company messaged me 2 days prior to the date the activity was booked and I was told they will let me know of the pick up details. The night before we were due to do the activity, the company messaged to say the 730 flight has been cancelled and therefore we would be on the earlier 630am flight but we would need to pay extra. As they had informed me the night before, I was unable to cancel it and that would mean I would lose the full payment. The company were aware of this and they were forcing us to pay extra to go on the earlier flight. Unfortunately like everyone in Marrakech, they just want to squeeze more money out of you which for a big company is quite sad because it shows they are dishonest. Viator were useless and did not help. We ended up paying the extra
The very professional team, they made the necessary to pick us up in our villa with a private vehicle with punctual driver. They take care of everything. First solo excursion I have done and I would call it a success! From the communication to the pre breakfast, take off and the beautiful sunrise. Top it all off with a lovely breakfast. Everyone was lovely! Great way to start my trip in Morocco

An unforgettable experience at sunrise! We had a magical time in a hot air balloon with my 5 year old daughter, and everything was perfect from start to finish! The flight at sunrise was breathtaking, with landscapes as far as the eye can see and a peaceful atmosphere. A huge thank you to Sabir, who accompanied us with kindness and professionalism, and to the pilot chief Mustafa, whose expertise and mastery allowed us to enjoy this adventure in complete serenity. An unforgettable experience that I recommend without hesitation to all those who dream of a timeless moment!
