Smooth pickup, ride, and drop off. Loved this experience — we felt safe and relaxed the entire time. Mousti (our driver) was very kind & attentive.

The experience of first flight with the sunrise was amazing. It was my first time in a Hot air balloon ride and having it in Marrakech was special. Rated top location for a Hot Air balloon ride and now I know why. Seeing so many colourful balloons in the air at the same time and seeing the sun rise was amazing. The pilot was so nice, funny and knowledgeable making a perfect landing for us. He spoke multiple languages and made everyone feel special. The breakfast was good with hot tea or coffee, pancakes and breads. The staff overall was very friendly and nice. They offered a video of the trip but only accepted local currency which we did not prepare for. I would have bought the video if I had been informed of the possibility before the trip so I could come prepared. The only thing that disrupted our enjoyment was that the driver that picked us up from the hotel was a bit rude to us even from initial pick up. Then on dropping us back, he did not drop as at our hotel but rather dropped us in the middle of the street for us to walk a few blocks back since it seemed he missed the turn and it was inconvenient for him to take us back. A pick up and drop off should be at the hotel. We are not familiar with streets and shouldn’t be expected to find our way back. I believe he was also perturbed that we decided not to go to the atm in order to purchase the video and give him the money. He offered to drop us to the airport but his offer was more than we would pay for a taxi so he wasn’t happy about our decision not to use him for the ride. He was not personable and spent his time talking in his language to another passenger instead. Overall, I would rate the experience as exceptional and a must do while in Marrakech. We were so excited and happy about the tour then the experience with the driver just soured the after effect. If Viator could trace the driver down, I wouldn’t use his services again and hire other, more personable and enthusiastic drivers for this trip.

Beautiful feeling and sunrise over the mountains. Easy transfer. Music too loud for 5 am van ride. Basic breakfast.

Brilliant from start to finish. Picked up on time, drinks on arrival,knowledgeable and friendly staff. Balloon flight was brilliant,take off and landing perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience for a sunrise mass ascent, with good communication through whatsapp prior to the day to organise the location time and pickup location. Really enjoyed the whole morning. They picked us up from central marrakech around 4:30am. We arrived to tea and coffee whilst they set up the ballon. It was in Bourrous around 30mins drive from Marrakech. There was 16 people in the balloon, and it was in the air for around 45mins. Beautifully timed for sunrise with a stunning view of all the other balloons nearby. Once we landed we had breakfast before going back to marrakech. It was all timed well and didnt feel rushed. We booked very last minute (day before) due to another company cancelling on us. This company was much better with clear communication, although it was slightly more pricy than our original booking. Cost about £85pp. Glad we did it and would reccomended!

The hot air balloon ride was absolutely amazing! One of my biggest worries was that it would be overcrowded, but thankfully that wasn’t the case at all. There were only four people in each section, which made the experience feel really comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend booking the earlier sunrise slot. The views were incredible, and our pilot made sure everyone had the opportunity to get the best views throughout the flight. Looking around, there were definitely some prettier campsites nearby, and I wasn’t particularly impressed with the breakfast. However, overall, I thought it was great value for money and would definitely recommend the experience.

Very nice with many balloons up at the same time!

It was nice to see the sunrise from the hot air balloon. The sunrise among the colorful many balloons was fantastic. It was interesting to understand how the balloon works too.
